These socks combine a thermo-regulating knit and merino wool for optimal insulation and breathability. Thermally insulating structures and breathable systems, strategically placed to support Smart Elastic® technology, ensure optimal thermal comfort. Moisture-Vent technology absorbs moisture from the skin at the arch of the foot and transports it to the outside via micro-channels to keep your feet dry.

Paid almost 400 cdn for these socks and separate battery packs (best available). The elastic strap to hold the battery has fallen off both socks after about 10 days use. The wire extends around the toe (which makes sense for heating) but tends to bunch up and create a pressure point. One battery pack just turns off randomly despite upgrading the app and doing a battery reset. Frustrating all around to spend so much on a product that is suboptimal.
I got these for Christmas and was super excited to try them out but after 2 days of skiing in -5° to -9° temperatures and in my snow boots while walking around I can assure you that these do no not work. I had them cranked on the max setting of 10 with FULLY CHARGED batteries and you couldn’t even tell they were on. The design of these is also garbage with just a single wire that runs along the side of your calf to your ankle and then along the top/side of your foot and then around your toes and under, this creates a massive pinch point along the top side of your foot and is uncomfortable under your toes.
The fact that the outrageous price doesn’t even include a battery is also beyond me. And they’re uncomfortable!
These are not at all worth your money, do not buy these, they are trash.
I used to have a pair of Thermic socks which I bought because of the flat cable which ran under the foot, unlike cheaper brands which had them on the side and that was pinching my foot (created nerve issues). Unfortunately this Thermic model actually has a round cable and not the flat one, such as it gets quite painful after a day of skiing/ski touring. Disappointing for me! I loved the fact that they were using Merino wool which is great on multi day trips, but they aren't as confortable as I hoped for.
