We try to contact people about warranty i used this glove only 8 times 2 years ago now didn t work we order battery because we suspect the battery didn t heat i paid $400 for the glove use 8 time and another $130 for battery it s very expensive i am very disapointed and impossible to talk a person company don t have a phone number
Did not provide the required heat perhaps the gloves are also the issue. Sorry i bought them thinking they would solve the requirement.
I bought these replacement batteries for my k2 BFC ski boots and I am extatic that they are working well and keeping my toes warm while skiing
The price for one replacement battery for an original that crapped out after 2 years was steep,, but after 7 years on the replacement battery, the remaining battery andboth the mitts are still holding up and performing great!
I purchased new batteries as my gloves would turn off quickly, the problem end up being with the glove (by flexing my finger the glove would turn off). The warranty had passed but Thermic provided me with new gloves at cost. Now the velcro cuff on the new glove has come off and warranty has passed. Think i'll go back to mitts with hot packets?
