We’re excited to offer our Pro Purchase Program for full-time professionals who needTherm-ic products as part of their job. This includes Guides, Instructors, Industry Employees, Athletes, First Responders, Law Enforcement, Active Military, and similar roles.

Please note that joining the program isn’t guaranteed, even if you’ve worked with Therm-ic Canada or have other connections. To apply, we’ll need you to upload proof of your qualifications, like a valid guide license, membership card, or proof of employment. Once accepted, your membership will be active for one year, and you’ll need to reapply annually.

Program Rules:

• Your Pro account is for personal use only.
• You’re allowed an orders, which can include up to 2 pairs of heated socks, 2 batteries, 1 pair of heated gloves or mittens, and 1 piece of heated apparel per order. For all other products, you have a maximum of 2 units. Exceeding this limit will result in removal from the program.
• Keep your Pro discount discreet.
• If others ask about your Julbo gear, kindly refer them to local stores.
• Products bought with your Pro discount are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit.
• Pro pricing will be listed next to full prices on eligible items.
• Free shipping is not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.
• Your account and benefits are for your use only—please don’t share your account details.
• You’ll need to stay subscribed to Therm-ic Canada emails to remain in the program.
• Some products may not be eligible for the discount, and the discount percentage may vary.
